This helps to reveal your values and to start to consider what changes you might make to align with them.

This can be used for any situation where you are trying to decide if/how to move forwards. It enables you to see at a glance the pros and cons. Situations where I’ve used it effectively include managing transitions (e.g. deciding whether to retire or to change career) or implementing a new working method in a team.
